A few weeks after delivery, our fridge actually stopped cooling properly, and when we called, it was the BEST customer service experience we've ever had with any company. They are communicative and so easy to work with. Everything comes with a warranty and from the time we called to the time they brought us a brand new refrigerator to replace the first one was less than a day- completely free and the easiest, most seamless experience.
